You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 365 Games reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of payment method.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. You must not share your password with anyone or allow any third party to access your account. Any activity carried out through your account will be considered your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

• Do not use an account opened by or in the name of another person.
• Do not use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with your account or the platform.

All transactions on 365 Games are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Deposits can be made using the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant payments, bank transfers and debit or credit cards. Additional mobile wallet options may be available as indicated within the Deposit section of the platform.

Deposits are for the purpose of gaming and betting on the 365 Games platform only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and which are free from any legal encumbrance. 365 Games does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the Deposit page.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 365 Games balance within a few minutes of a successful transaction. Processing times may occasionally be longer depending on your payment provider.
• 365 Games does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a valid 365 Games account may be returned to the source, subject to applicable processing charges.

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your 365 Games account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR and returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Current minimum and maximum limits are shown within the account withdrawal section of the platform.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing is completed. You may be asked to provide documentation confirming your identity and ownership of the payment method.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Full details are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. 365 Games aims to review and approve withdrawal requests promptly, but final credit to your account or mobile wallet depends on your payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts and payment methods registered under your verified identity. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer and should be read carefully before claiming. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on 365 Games unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds may carry wagering requirements — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• 365 Games reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn after being credited to your account, any wagering requirement already completed will be taken into account.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

All bets and game rounds placed on 365 Games are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your selections carefully before confirming any bet. 365 Games will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error.

Sports Betting on 365 Games covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other markets as available. The following rules apply to all betting activity:

• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In the event of a match or event being cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as published in the Betting section of the platform.
• 365 Games reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — for example, where odds were published due to a technical error at clearly incorrect values.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your 365 Games balance after the relevant event is settled and the result is confirmed.

For casino games including Slots, Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo, results are determined by certified random number generation (for RNG-based games) or by real physical outcomes visible on the live stream (for Live Casino). Game results are final and cannot be contested except in the case of a verified technical fault.

All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and honest manner at all times while using the 365 Games platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment methods, fraudulent chargebacks or misrepresentation of identity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a known technical error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users in any way.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language toward 365 Games staff or other users in any chat or communication channel associated with the platform.

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously.
• At your own request — players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting support.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at your own request or due to circumstances unrelated to a breach, any genuine real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification.

365 Games provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. While every effort is made to maintain platform stability and availability 365 days a year, temporary outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable rules, 365 Games shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from participation in games or betting on the platform, beyond the amount deposited by the player.
• Loss of data, connectivity issues or device-side technical problems that affect your gaming session.

Nothing in these terms limits 365 Games' liability for matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
